A WORKOUT LIKE NO OTHER! Tone, trim, and tighten your BOOTY in a fun, creative work out.  A dynamic fusion of Pilates and Ballet Barre work, our classes are broken into sections for a total body work out covering warm-up, cardio, balance, arms, abs, and cool-down.
Be warned: Barre is addictive…drink bottles and towels are a MUST!

SMAPS CREDIT can be purchased (with a minimum spend of $180) to receive $4 OFF all our group Pilates classes (excluding Private Pilates). This will allow clients to place as much credit down on their account with NO EXPIRY DATE, you can even ring up and pay over the phone to make your next visit to SMAPS as contactless as possible.
